Thanks to the dynamic analysis software and parametrical design software We got the final diagrams from production in record time, not only that, it is common in specialized machinery that engineers turn to the previous very similar designs but that they should adapt to the new specifications. for fruits, right now it is designed but a new one has to more be long and it needs a different speed. If the model is well parameterized, the new machine's diagrams of manufacture will be available a few hours, without having that to redraw everything in AutoCAD or another not-parametric software.

Description

Recolection of fruits boxes washer (oranges), it’s modulable and symetric that permeets it’s positioning in any position.

Features

The machine gets fixed of: Cabin of cleanliness with hot water and detergent with bomb of heat and cabin of rinse with cold water.
A bomb of heat warms up the water that is re-used and filtered inside of the first cabin.
The positioning of the cold cabin and the conveyor belt is interchangeable left hand or right, as well as the laborer's positioning that introduces the boxes.
